Applied Computer Solutions (ACS) is a women-owned business with a commitment to diversity. Since founding ACS in 1989, CEO and owner Sandra Davis has implemented a number of strategies to encourage diversity and opportunity among employees, suppliers and partners. This commitment earned ACS a CPUC Clearing House Certification, enabling the company to do business with organizations engaged in supplier diversity programs in the education, government and utility sectors.

Sandra Davis has led ACS’s diversity policy by example. She is a founding member of the Orange County chapter of the National Association of Women Owned Business (NAWBO).  In addition ACS is also a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). Mrs. Davis shares both organizations’ quest to support women-owned businesses.  She demonstrates this support by volunteering her time to assist in certification site visits, mentoring businesses in diversity issues, and serving as a guest speaker at events.  Since ACS's inception, Ms. Davis has received numerous awards and recognition for her involvement as diversity business leader in the community.
