Methodology

Our proven methodology encompasses everything we do and any project we undertake is built on its foundation. We strive for you to continually be able to realize maximum ROI from your chosen solution long after we’re gone and each phase of the methodology is important to deliver robust solutions that you own and manage upon project completion. That is why the Enable component is such an important piece of the methodology. But of course, we’re always there if you need us down the road.

ASSESS	ACS works with you to help define your business objectives and requirements. If requested, we provide detailed assessments to evaluate the overall environment and better understand your needs. From this stage we create an initial solution and start defining a deployment strategy.
DESIGN	ACS can develop an architecture and detailed design of a solution that best fit your goals and objectives. At this time the creation of build documentation is started.
DEPLOY	ACS works with you as to how to best implement this solution. We will identify resources and develop the implementation plan. The ACS engineer will identify risks involved during the implementation process and provide methods to mitigate these risks. ACS provides a deep bench of IT professionals to implement and document the solution for you.
ENABLE	The ACS Engineer will provide tutorial time for you to review the configuration and provide instruction as to the basic operation. If necessary, ACS will suggest classes in order to allow your team to be better trained for the solution. Our Help Desk is also available to aid in the operation of your solution.
OPTIMIZE	While Enable focuses on individual projects, Optimization focuses on long-term, overall system performance. ACS helps focus the Optimization efforts and resources in the areas that will most benefit your organization, maximizing the investment over the long-term.
