Applied Computer Solutions (ACS) is a Women Owned business with a commitment to diversity. Sandra Davis started the company in 1989, in Huntington Beach, CA. ACS has always been involved in activities that complement its customers' supplier diversity programs. In 1990, ACS earned CPUC Clearing House Certification, enabling us to do business with organizations engaged in a supplier diversity program in the education, government and utility sectors. Sandra was a founding member of the Orange County chapter of NAWBO, National Association of Women Owned Business and feels organizations such as these offer tremendous support for women owned businesses. She actively supports local organizations by volunteering her time to assist in certification site visits, mentoring with upcoming diversity businesses and serving as a guest speaker at events. In addition, ACS seeks out other diversity partners to fulfill our day-to-day business needs. Since ACS's inception Sandra has received numerous awards and recognition for her involvement as diversity business leader in the community.
