Elaine Bellock is President at Applied Computer Solutions, founded in 1989 and headquartered in Southern California. Applied Computer Solutions is a Systems Integrator specializing in designing and implementing IT solutions that bring technical advancement, value and cost savings to its enterprise clients.
In 2005 Elaine joined the Applied Computer Solutions team after previously serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Mitchell Repair and Mitchell 1 and as the Chief Information Officer and President of Star Solutions.
Elaine has more than 30 years’ professional experience. In addition to providing executive direction for day-to-day business operations responsible for directing sales, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, and operations, Elaine leads a highly certified technical team of solution architects, implementation engineers, contract managers, and service desk personnel.
Her team works side-by-side with clients and top-tier OEM/manufacturing partners to deliver world-class enterprise computing solutions. The service desk at Applied Computer Solutions is one of the few in the nation that is qualified to provide First Call support for the industries’ largest original equipment manufacturers.

Melissa Isenor is Vice President of Operations at Applied Computer Solutions (ACS), a certified Women-Owned national technology solutions provider specializing in designing and implementing IT solutions that bring technical advancement, value, and cost savings to its enterprise clients
Melissa joined Applied Computer Solutions in its infancy in 1991. She was brought on to help set up and run sales operations, customer service and purchasing departments for ACS. She’s held several positions within the company and currently oversees all areas of operations and sales support.
Prior to joining ACS, Melissa started her career in the technology industry at MicroAge, SA working in the customer care department managing advanced replacements for Compaq and IBM parts and systems before moving on to ACS. Melissa actively supports supplier diversity and oversees ACS’ supplier diversity programs. With decades of experience, Melissa’s top priority is operational excellence, while continuing to enhance and expand processes that create simple, stress-free experiences for our clients.
